Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made through leonovalabs.com. The seller is LEON 89SB LABS LLC, operating under the leonovalabs brand.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Sale, our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and other policies displayed on our store.

Products

We make reasonable efforts to describe product features, specifications, dimensions, weight, materials, compatibility, and included components accurately.

Minor differences may result from screen settings, lighting, production tolerances, or reasonable product improvements.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product specifications and compatibility before placing an order.

Prices

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable sales tax is calculated during checkout. Prices and promotions may change, but changes will not affect an accepted order unless a material error occurred.

Discount codes cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation means we received the order; it does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted.

We may refuse or cancel an order because of:

Product unavailability
A material pricing or description error
Payment failure
Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
Shipping restrictions
Excessive quantities or suspected unauthorized resale

If we cancel a paid order, the eligible amount will be returned to the original payment method.

Payment

We accept Visa and Mastercard.

You must provide accurate payment and billing information and be authorized to use the selected card. Payments may be subject to verification and fraud-prevention checks.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Changes or cancellations may be possible before fulfillment begins. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be handled under our Return and Refund Policy.

Delivery

We provide free standard shipping to eligible addresses within all 50 United States.

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated transit time is 3–5 business days after shipment.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers as provided by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery.

For returns unrelated to a defect, shipping damage, or fulfillment error, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

For verified defective, damaged, or incorrect products, leonovalabs will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide another appropriate resolution.

We do not charge a restocking fee. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Limited Warranty

Eligible products include a 12-month limited warranty covering verified defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

The warranty does not cover accidents, misuse, unauthorized repair, normal wear, liquid damage, improper installation, incompatible equipment, loss, or theft.

Available remedies may include repair, replacement, or refund, subject to product availability and applicable law.

Consumer Rights

These Terms do not exclude or limit consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LEON 89SB LABS LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from a purchase or product.

Where liability cannot be excluded, liability will be limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
