This Payment Policy explains the payment terms for purchases made through leonovalabs.com.

Payment Authorization

By submitting an order, you represent that:

You are authorized to use the payment method
The billing information provided is complete and accurate
Sufficient funds or credit are available
The transaction complies with applicable law

Your card may be authorized or charged when the order is submitted, depending on payment-processing requirements.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Shopify Payments and associated financial service providers. leonovalabs does not receive or store your complete payment card number.

Payment providers may conduct authorization, identity, security, and fraud-prevention checks.

Taxes

Applicable sales taxes are calculated during checkout based on the order, delivery address, and legal requirements.

Declined or Failed Payments

A payment may be declined because of incorrect billing information, insufficient funds, card restrictions, fraud-prevention controls, or a decision by the card issuer.

If payment fails, contact your card issuer or try an eligible payment method. We cannot override a card issuer’s decision.

Pricing Errors

If a material pricing or payment error affects an order, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the affected order as permitted by law.

If a paid order is cancelled, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after refund approval for the amount to appear. The final processing time is determined by your card issuer.

Payment Security

We use established ecommerce and payment providers to process transactions. However, no online payment system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

If you believe an unauthorized transaction has occurred, contact your card issuer and notify us promptly.
